1 package bloomfoods cornbread

1 package bloomfoods Mexican crumble

1 can Rotel tomatoes

1 cup frozen corn (optional)

1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

2 eggs – for cornbread mix

1 cup milk or water for cornbread – for cornbread mix

Directions: Prepare crumble in a bowl by adding 1 cup of boiling water; set aside. Prepare cornbread mix as directed on package (mix in bowl with the two eggs and 1 cup milk or water) and pour into greased 9×9 or 9×13 baking pan. Add rotel tomatoes and corn to crumble and stir to mix. Pour crumble mix on top of cornbread base. top with shredded cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes at 400.
